A man was traveling more than 2,000 miles between LA and Chicago by train.
He kept getting off at every station to buy a ticket to take him to the next station.
When the train reached Chicago, the man’s co-passengers asked him why he kept on buying tickets instead of buying a ticket for the entire trip.
“My doctor advised against long journeys,” he replied, “better to be safe than sorry.”
